The Artist of the Month this month is Nate from St Peter’s Class for his poppy artwork. The children have been learning about Remembrance Day and the symbolism of the poppy. Nate used oil pastels to create his version of a piece of artwork, originally by Georgia O’Keeffe. He used different tones of red and orange to create the folds in the beautiful poppy petals.
