Learning Support Assistants for pupils with Special Educational Needs
Hrs are 2 days per week 8:30 – 3:15pm
Scale 3 Point 5 Actual salary £6,431
We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide support for individual pupils, to ensure they have a full and varied curriculum and that they make excellent progress towards their individual outcomes. The role will include providing lunchtime support.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Is passionate about learning, has a desire to aid access to a full range of learning experiences by making adaptations where necessary
- Is highly motivated and creative
- Experienced in supporting children on a 121 basis
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
