For his amazing M & M KitKat fusion cake, this week’s Star Baker is Mitchell from St Anthony’s class.

Mitchell will receive a personalised Star Baker apron and now goes through to the Grand Final in July.

Yet again, with so many amazing cakes, we had to award two more runners-up certificates to: Henry (St Peter’s class) for his amazing fresh cream and fruit gateau and Charles (St Anthony’s class) for his splendid Oreo cupcakes. Well done to both of you!
