• Macmillan Coffee Morning

  Today our new School Council organised a cake sale in aid of the Macmillan Cancer Support charity as part of their World's Biggest Coffee Morning. Thanks to them and the families that donated cakes, we raised £120. This charity is very close to our hearts at St George's because of the wonderful support they are giving Mr. Sims at this time.

  

• Introducing our House Captains, Sports Captains and Liturgy Team

  Today in assembly we were delighted to announce our new young leaders for the year. The House Captains, who were voted for by the children in their Houses, are Freddie, Lucy, Declan, Phoebe, James, Eliana, Richard & Emily. Well done to you all and a special thank you to all the 22 children who volunteered  for the positions and gave such wonderful speeches.

  Sports Captains for the year are Holly and Charlie and the Liturgy Team are Joseph, Eden, Alex, Lily-Grace, Regan & Lily.

  Congratulations to you all, we are sure you will be fine ambassadors for the school.

  Congratulations to our first Artist of the Month for 2019 - 2020, Freya.

  Freya impressed us immediately with a beautiful self-portrait produced with soft chalk pastels. Well done Freya!
