  • Award-winning Climate Heroes

    Thu 01 Jul 2021

This term St Anthony’s Class have been learning more about our planet and what we can do to ensure that we are climate heroes ourselves. We have been planting seeds to encourage butterflies and bees into our gardens, sharing our understanding of pollution and how we can all save energy. We also designed eye-catching and informative posters for Earth Day, wrote themed poetry and much more. Mrs Howell believes we are all excellent eco-warriors and applied on our behalf to receive the Blue Peter Climate Heroes Green Badge. This week, the team at Blue Peter sent a letter congratulating us all on our hard work and we have each received a ‘Green Badge’ with a Class certificate. We are very proud and will keep sharing the message to our keep our planet beautiful.
